We’re glad you are exploring therapy services, and honored that you are exploring Grapevine Psychology as part of your search. As you consider taking this important step in your mental healthcare, we encourage you to consider therapy to be an investment opportunity… an investment of time and financial resources for improving you emotional wellbeing and quality of life.
All therapists at Grapevine Psychology offer a free initial phone consultation (about 15-20 minutes) so that you can get an idea of client-therapist “fit.” Each of our therapists are competent to treat a wide variety of presenting concerns, and everyone has unique specializations that you can review below. Additionally, all therapists charge fees commensurate with their training and experience, and all therapists bill insurance.
The Process of Becoming a Client at Grapevine Psychology
Grapevine Psychology is a paperless practice, which means that all paperwork is accessed through a secure client portal that is created when you become a new client. After scheduling your initial appointment (a.k.a. the intake), you will receive an email with a link to your secure portal, which will prompt you through completing all required paperwork. If this link expires, you can click “Request a New Link” and enter your email address to receive another one-time-use link for logging in to your secure client portal. (Note: each of these links expires in 24-hours to ensure security.)
Once logged in, you will be able to review the policies and procedures for Grapevine Psychology and your therapist, and provide some additional information about yourself before your appointment. You will be prompted to add a credit card for billing purposes as reviewed in the practice policies and the Financial Agreement that you will electronically sign. If applicable, you will add your insurance information which will allow a better estimation of your session fees.
**Completion of this paperwork confirms and reserves your appointment. Appointments will be cancelled due to incomplete paperwork, as your therapist is legally unable to meet with you without the consent forms being electronically signed. Grapevine Psychology does not keep paper copies of forms.
